Good morning Lurkers.

Sara, sorry you had such a busy, trying day yesterday. :(
Then had to bake on top of it. (((HUGS)))

Good morning Dale.

Good morning Fran. Hope your weather warms up soon. We're back to pretty cool temps.
Our overnight low was supposed to be 44, with only 51 for today. Wondering if I'll end up having to switch the furnace back on. :(

Good morning Fran, Dale, Lori & Joey  Hope you all have a great Saturday.

I'm so bad with the thermostat. One day the heat will be on and the next, the ac.

Thanks, Lori. I fear it will be like that for the rest of the busy season. Which starts after Easter until about October. :nah: But this too shall pass and mom was so happy to have the muffins this morning.

Halfway through, I discovered the batter dispenser works very well with the Jiffy bb boxed mix. The BB's are small enough to pass through the opening. :w00t: I will keep that in mind for the next time. :D

I'm bad with it too. On, off...on, off...rinse, repeat.
DH grumbles, but I tell him to "just go on".

...as my grandparents aged, and started getting senile, mom and dad moved them into a mobile home they had bought and put it on our property out in the country where I grew up.
There were 11 acres, so plenty of room.
Bless their hearts, at first, they'd have the air going, then the furnace would kick on, back and forth.
Dad caught on to it and got it stopped so that they understood how to set it. It was their first central air unit, and just didn't quite understand how to run it all.

So, I made coffee this a.m. on the stovetop, following the instructions I'd read in the article at the "manly man" website.
    It's actually quite good.
Boil water, turn off, let cool to 180 to 190 degrees.
Add ground coffee, stir, cover for 3 or 4 minutes.
    Strain, enjoy. :). Easy, peasy.

Very similar to the FP coffee.
