Im doing ok the pain is just annoying me not being able to move it sucks lol
. I can't rmember if you said, how long before you can do light movement. Or is it none at all for the entire recovery period. I don't know anyone whose had that surgery before.

i can not lift/move my arm for 6 weeks because of the anchors they put in to attach the tendon back to the bone. after that the pt starts for 6-12 weeks
