Yeah, but even though they are t-shirts, I don't really lump them in the same category...those are nice looking, it's the ones with stupid sayings and weird stuff that so many like to wear that I wouldn't wear to work.
I don't either. I've bought those the last couple/few years, (Tommy) from their website. They used to have a Tommy Outlet link, but I guess they did away with it this spring. :( I signed up for their emails, and would buy before Black Friday, they'd have a sale, sometimes private sales, with great savings. It's worth it to get their emails. Today's is 30% off.
They're great quality, wash on delicate, then I hang to dry, tumble just for a few minutes on low to soften...ready to go. On sale, I was getting that t-shirt for 15.00, to me that pricing is as good as WM. :)
I was having trouble finding ones that didn't keep drawing up every time you washed them. These would just a little after the first wash, even on cool, even not drying, but not like some I've had.
I wear their jeans too, same deal, only on super sales, the most I've paid was $40, sometimes I got them for $35.
They've held up really well too.

I don't know what's happened this year though. MUCH of what's at their site is just grungy looking to me, and I hate those low, scoop necks, that seems like all you see anymore. Hard to keep covered up. :(
They still have the normal looking stuff ) polos, and button blouses, just have to weed through the crap.
When there is a sale, even if something is already on sale, like today, the 30% comes off additionally, in your cart.
I didn't realize that at first, I thought the sale prices were the already discounted prices...I'm slow somtimes and different sites do it differently.

I just got really tired of crappy quality...I hate shopping, so at least this way, I don't have to as often.

Dressing nice for work is not an option for me ;)

Black slacks and older t-shirt type tops  Anything to hide blood stains.
That's not all bad. :2c: It wouldn't break my heart to be able to dress even more casually than I do. :)

Oh, I'll try #1, that looks good!!!

Oh, and I've gotten two of the blouses, just the button up, like dress shirts. They're nice too. The ones I got both had French seams inside, nicely finished, not just edge cast finished. :)

No it's not ... unfortunately I've cleaned out and gotten rid of all my old stuff
And I don't want to wear my three pair of new, good jeans  So I've ordered some cheap-o black slacks.

Dinner was good...messy, but good. :D

Yeah, I'll admit that I do like being able to wear jeans and more casual stuff to work, (but also dressing up when I feel like it), because at the law office I had to always dress nice...so I have a very wide variety in my closet and can just pick whatever my mood is for that day. ;)

Yep, there was a time when everything I wore was color coordinated, down to my nails, shoes, purse, even my phone case, but I guess I've just gotten lazy as I get older and I'm too tired to mess with all that...it's just too much effort. I'm lucky to get my hair and makeup done before I go out most days.

Most days I just wear jeans and Tee shirts to work but I do have a large assortment of safety orange and day glow green shirts and vests for days when I feel like looking really cool

Some of my shirts and vests even have cool reflective stripes on them for added effect :D
Sounds like you and the bf have the same wardrobe coordinator. :p

OK, I really have to get something off my chest, and since I'm an introvert and don't talk to people IRL, I'll do it here.

I've mentioned before how me and my wife are getting a divorce. We currently still live together, but here in about a month or two I'll be moving out. Now, that in itself isn't a big deal, but what is, is that me and her sister are getting a place together. There's nothing sexual or romantic about it (it must be mentioned that I'm nearly asexual, and could care less about sex and relationships), we're just good friends who have a lot in common and get along really well. However (y'all knew it was coming), I wouldn't actually mind if something did happen between us, but I'm not going to push the issue. She's like me, in that sex and relationships don't really mean much to her. But, I'm starting to get a little anxious over it.

I have no plan other than the one in motion, and I'm not really sure if there's any advice that could be offered. I just really needed to get this off my chest. Thank you guys and gals for letting me rant. Now, vape on.
