Our meatloaf consists of ...

Ground beef & pork sausage
Can of Tomato Soup
Crackers or oatmeal

Onion, bell pepper
Egg

1/4 of the soup is reserved for topping :D

    Sounds delectable.

I do mine without fillers or egg.

I'll grind in or mix in (depending if I'm grinding my meat myself) some fresh herbs and spices, maybe some saz'on, adobo or emerils, possibly some blackened onion or sun dried tomato then completely cover it in Heinz and bake uncovered.

No real recipe. Just a method.

Sometimes I'll add some ground cheese into the meat and grind fresh parmesan on top. But then I have to make 2 because of my son's allergies.

    Hi Lori! :)

What did you do ... cut somebody off??!!
I did, but she made me. :D
JK. Yeah, I did. I guess she was just one of those people who don't like getting passed.
When I started to pass her she floored it, and was going to leave me hanging...it didn't happen. ;)

If she'd have been going that fast, I wouldn't have pulled out to pass her.
She only sped up when she realized I was passing and not going on straight.
I got the LONG horn too.:lol::lol::lol::lol:

Holy moly, Lori. :w00t: Never could understand why people have to be so aggressive and make it harder for you to pass. Go the limit or get out of my way.

    Hi Sara :)

How was it? :?: I really don't care for turkey much :(

It wasn't bad actually. Second time making meatloaf and using just turkey for DH. Next time I might mix beef and turkey like I do for my meatballs. :)

    How was work?
