This was my latest meatloaf concoction. It wasn't too bad. Ground turkey and I don't remember what else

Looks like the stuffed peppers my mother used to make :)

If she'd have been going that fast, I wouldn't have pulled out to pass her.
She only sped up when she realized I was passing and not going on straight.
I got the LONG horn too.:lol::lol::lol::lol:
 Sounds like she had a stick up her ... ummm, errr

Holy moly, Lori. :w00t: Never could understand why people have to be so aggressive and make it harder for you to pass. Go the limit or get out of my way.

It wasn't bad actually. Second time making meatloaf and using just turkey for DH. Next time I might mix beef and turkey like I do for my meatballs. :)

    How was work?
    It was better :)
I was not able to break down the grinder and mixer though, hope that's not going to be a deal breaker :(
    Not enough upper body strength.
I did assemble them this morning though.

Oh and he put me on the band saw today for a bit !!

I see people run people who try to pass, even when there's oncoming traffic. I think that's terrible.
People need to get over themselves.

Yes Dale, how was your day. Inquiring minds want to know. :)

Was supposed to be meatloaf stuffed pepper rings. I wish the meat hadn't pulled away so much from the ring itself. I will try to pack more in next time, see what happens. I'm loving the Orange peppers. We don't usually buy them, but there was a good deal t the produce place.

No telling. We all carry different levels of stress. :)

I hope it's not a deal breaker too.
You think you'll like it though?

I love orange peppers too. But I eat them raw. I'm not a huge fan of any cooked peppers.
I love the flavor it adds, but don't want to eat the actual pepper once it's cooked.
    Prob a texture thing.

Glad it was better today. Eeeesh, what do they use a band saw for? Do you think the more you do the stronger you'll get and be able to break the machines down?

A little food grade lube on the threads might help :2c:

I could see that (texture). We put them in our salads raw. I dice them up small for the brkfst casserole. But I do like them grilled on kabobs and they were good with the meatloaf.

You use it for cutting steaks ... and frozen meats for making burger :)

I don't know about the strength thing but just guessing probably not

Did you try from a higher position?? (The breaking down.)
Maybe you can get some leverage from another angle. Just trying to think of alternatives.
Yeah, I did but I don't have much to work with. All he has is the little tool used for torque down with, it's not big enough to give me any room to apply any weight with.

A little food grade lube on the threads might help :2c:
We do that during assembly but I guess it's all gone by break down time.
