I have dark brown too. It lightens some on its own in the summer. My dad had pitch black. (Don't think I ever mentioned, he passed when I was in my early 20s) My mom is remarried, so when I talk about dad now, its my step dad. Love him dearly.

I was 43 when my mom passed, I thought that was way too young too.

Busy day, but at least I'm not behind on payroll this time...had to go pick up the boys truck at lunchtime...he was so happy to have his truck back and I'm happy because I don't have to share mine with him anymore.

I made dinner tonight....um, well, kinda sorta...okay, I got a rotisserie chicken, deli prepared macaroni that I just had to nuke and baked beans, but I did have to warm it up and we actually ate on real plates instead of paper plates for a change.

Yep, total platinum blonde...have been for about the past 10 years...I don't think I'd look right if I went back to my dark hair.
