I'd tear up one of those pork steaks!!
....given time to recover from what I just ate.

I know just what you mean,I did try a little part that fell off the big one

The edges of those pork steaks are burnt to perfection!!

When I smoke them I put the fire in the middle and put the fat side facing the fire,that black part is the fat I toss that when I eat them
