Well, they've always mailed the renewal forms, at the beginning of 2016, there was a tiny blurb on their website that to save money, it would no longer be mailed....and, they charged something like $25 if you were late.Sure would be easier to remember that inspection

They ended up reversing that stance by May or June, and I think they even ended up refunding the late fee.

When I have had to work full time, on a regular basis, it's 9 or 9:30 before I get done with my bath and set down.
I think it's getting a workable morning and evening routine in place, getting used to it/staying used to it.
