Bobbi looks like a good time was had with the girls...nothing like a little horse riding and a tea party for a good time.
Lori, we have those planes around here too, since there's an Air Force base a few miles from here and also an Air National Guard base just down the road and those big suckers fly in there too...it does take some getting use to when they fly over like that.

The girls searched and found what they were going to "make" for tea... so much fun poking food with picks! They selected blueberry tea too... a different menu but they had fun doing it.

Did you soak in Epsom salts?? Might give that a go at the first opportunity.

Got in late last night. Took advantage of being in the city and we did our shopping. Made for a long day. I run up the road about 30 minutes away for another appointment at 2. Sure does disrupt my work having these appointments back to back, but it just falls like that sometimes, and with VA, you take the appointments or it might take some time to get another.

No, when I got home I doused it in alcohol and then neosporin ... later I rubbed it good with Vicks Vapor Creme and wore an ice pack for a good while. It's fine, just sore
