Wow, I'm sorry you guys aren't sleeping well the time stamp on your post, Dale, was 3:08. So you were up at 2? Hope you were able to go back to sleep. NyQuil always knocks me right out. Can't believe its not working for you. Have you tried AlkaSeltzer Cold/flu (I would have to check the box, I think that's what we have) that works well for me too.

it doesn't seem to be helping and all this syrup is making my stomach queasy

I had asked DH to pick me up some Tussin from WalMart (expectorant cough syrup) but he bought some Mucinex cold and flu crap that is way over kill for what I need

I can't take Mucinex at all. He prob asked and that's what they told him to get.The gal I work with swears by it.
