Just took a dose of mother's Apple Cider Vinegar on advice of another ECF member ... OH ACHCCCAKKKK!!
Not sure my stomach will ever be the same again!

Good morning lurkers We've had the grands for several days now and will for a few more. Things here have been very crazy. A threat to kill the girls, DS and DIL and myself from the psycho next door that ruined Bella's bday. Restraining orders and all sort of nonsense. I'll pop in when I can.

Apple Cider Vinegar has a lot of medicinal uses read up on it
