The afternoon got totally crazy at work...felt like I was being pulled in 3 different directions at once and trying to keep it all straight was a challenge...Had to ask my coworker to stay past her time to help out...managed to get it all done though, so that's a good thing.

Then of course there was Wally World...and no Sara, unfortunately being the middle of the week didn't seem to help at all, if anything it almost seemed worse. :glare:

Glad you had some daddy/daughter time today...sounds like fun...well except for the spilled drink. ;)

Dale, hope you can get things figured out with your boss...if not, I'll join Sara and we'll come knock some sense into him. :p
Oh boy ... {{{hugs}}} Sorry your day went wacky :(

LOL's, don't think I better let my forum friends gang up on the boss man  I'd best learn how to deal ;)

Time for a nice cold one. :) Sorry about work and WW. Hmmm, wonder why it was so crazy in the middle of the week. WW that is, Wednesday's are your busy day at work. Am I remembering that right?
Yep, Wednesdays are my really busy day and are pretty much dedicated to doing payroll, which is what ticks me off when others decide that is the day they need something done not payroll related and must have it right then. My boss (the husband) was the main culprit today...he absolutely had to have a spreadsheet fixed to take to the bank, which I totally understand, but he waited until the last minute to make the changes and of course his wife was at her city council meeting so she couldn't take care of it...it was on her computer which required me to work in that quagmire she calls an office and then make change after change for him, because he'd look at it and then decide, no it needs to be different (no wonder she wants to kill him most of the time;))...all while I'm trying to get my payrolls in before the deadline.

Yep, think it's time for that nice cold drink now! :p:D

    Good evening all. :)

    Okay, shoulda grabbed quotes.
We haven't' been to a movie theater in about 20 years, I remember it was expensive.
The positive is that she'll remember her dad taking her. ;) To me, that would be the important thing...can't put a price on good memories.

Dale, sorry you have a difficult boss. Hopefully it will get better. :nun:

Angel, ugh...you always (almost always) have crazy days.

So Sara I guess it's back to work for you tomorrow??

...did you tell him it was a "read only", that he'd have to wait for his wife.
Bwahaha...I would have loved to!!:p But I knew their construction loan was dependent on this information, so kind of had to step up and fix it for him...and yes, he is totally helpless when it comes to anything computer based!

Oh, was just kidding. ;) Those are just the things I'd like to say sometimes.
Our's is helpless too. But (somewhat) better than he used to be.
I don't have to deal with him very much in that capacity. The other gal does.
She has more patience for all that, and that task it more suited to her pay scale than mine.
    You know, greater reward/greater responsibility.
She once asked how she got so lucky to always help him...I reminded her *she* drives a company vehicle. ;) :D

Hi Dale. I got sidetracked with Rita outside, it was such a nice evening, then caught up in conversation with DH, just real life...nothing bad, just didn't get back here. :)

    Well... see you guys tomorrow:)

Good night lovely and handsome Lurkers
Good night, hope the almost full moon doesn't keep you up.
