I think it said it's happened before. :(
Not an uncommon thing. Can be caused by snails, it think it was a bacteria.

I better get going I have weeds to pull out in the garden and it's gonna get hot,if I get that done I can go cool off on my bike :DBBL
Bye, enjoy! ~~~~~

I'm off too. Have been working as I've been visiting, but need to get ready to go to the store.

Seems to help me feel a little better yes ... could be my imagination

I've found it works real good for about 2 hours after lunch when I'm out in high heat like over 90 or 95 :2c: most of the time I do a quart at lunch then another one when I get someplace cool in the evening but I sweat a bunch when working in the heat, you might not need that much. You'll know if you over do it think EXLAX :D

Well, guess somebody is having a party and I didn't get invited :?:

See you all tomorrow, good night lovely and handsome Lurkers
Sorry about that, next time my friend has a party I'll make sure all y'all are invited. There is a catch though. These are karaoke parties held is his garage. While singing isn't required, somewhere along the line someone is gonna stick a mic in your hand (there are 4 mics) and "encourage" you to join in. Also, he has a small basketball hoop hanging above the door to the garage. First time visitors aren't allowed to leave until the make a basket.
    Guess that makes two catches.

    Good morning lovely lurkers.

Princess seems to be in a better mood so far today...she slept fitfully at first last night, kept waking up for a minute here and there and then talking to herself in her sleep...once she finally settled down though, she slept good for several hours...and we finally did too. ;)

I like the Powerade Zero myself...grape is my favorite...usually take a bottle with me when I go to the gym.

Hope everyone is having a lovely Sunday.:)

Well, I've been working on the same 32 ounce for three days so don't think I'm consuming too much ;)

I get surprisingly hot working over there, surprised me how warm it gets in there

    Good afternoon lurkers

@Sara Love I know you've mentioned your iPad isn't working as well as it used to.
Just curious, do you cleared your Safari browser regularly, and shut down and restart regularly??

I'm bad about doing both. Mine was just really lagging, and I did both of the above, and it's working great again...well, so far....fingers crossed. :)
    Just thought I'd ask.

This is a good reminder. :) I haven't done it in awhile. I barely have any apps on it and I'm thinking its at least 4-5 years old (and hasn't been updated  in FOREVER)

Oh, I *DO* want to cook more chicken breasts in the crock pot to shred.
That was soooooo handy this past week!!

Thank you Sara for talking about it!!
I was also looking at Pioneer Woman's site, she has great ideas too. Nothing new or earth shattering, but a good reminder of things that can be done ahead of time.
Some of you prob already do them, I know Dale often has chili in the freezer.

    Freezer Cooking!

Awww you're welcome. It makes my life so much easier with trying to eat healthier for DH. We have shredded chicken, crumbled ground beef/turkey combo, and meatballs in the freezer.

Also I'll add that Gatorade is all salt and sugar,it might taste good but it doesn't help your body deal with the heat as well :2c:

Vitamin B is also good for keeping bugs that bite away :D

I didn't know this (both posts) never liked Gatorade. Good info to have as we were thinking about something like this for kiddo for his July Lacrosse games. Thank you.

So, I forget now when it is, DH told me and it already fell out of my head.
But he's going to be going to Washington, DC for a JD thing.
It's for Sports Turf, he's taking a customer with him, and they get to go "behind the scenes" with the ground maintenance crew at The National Mall! They're also going to a Washington Natiional's ball game, tour of their maintenance facility and a speaking event there, as well as the Maryland Soccerplex stadium. Same deal, tour and speaking event.

    This is so neat!! :)

Did you see the article about the Brevard County Sheriff talking about how citizens should take self defense classes, and, if they're so inclined to, to get firearms training, and carry and concealed.
And, that those who HAVE carry and concealed, carry it with them everywhere they go.
'This is war': Florida sheriff urges citizens to arm themselves in case of attack

Wow, that's scary. Will check out the link later when I get home.
