I'm here Dale! Been using all my data uploading the pics and recipes from MIL's things. I want to be rid of all of the boxes of stuff when the family gets together in a few weeks so HAVE to get it DONE!!!
There are so many diabetic diet styles... my best control is to maintain 30 to 45 carbs per meal, sometimes less. When I do that I have great blood sugars. There is nothing I don't eat that I like and I never use anything but real sugar. Hope that helps you some.

Good morning, Retired. Ugh! It's gonna get ugly out there today. You really need to get that AC fixed! I just hope mine holds out. Having problems with the fan control switch. It only works in high fan.
I think the compressor is shot on mine. It's fully charged, but no cold air. I could do it myself, but it's a royal pain in the hind end and as I get older, the thought of tearing into a vehicle to repair something gets less and less appealing.
Time to find a local garage that can do it on the cheap.

I don't get into mine much either. I used to work on cars when you lifted the hood and could see an engine! Now, it's so much electronic stuff in there, I don't mess with it. Hope you can find someone to do you AC cheap! Seems mechanics these days think they're MD's, and charge accordingly!
