Morning Dale, thanks for the awesome breakfast. Gonna be a busy one, heading north to spend time with my step dad for a bit and then south to spend some time with DHs dad. Lotta driving today. ;)
Don't envy you the traveling ;)
    Enjoy your visits :)

Good morning Dale, Fran, Joey, Sara, Kad, and the sleeping Lurkers.
Happy Father's Day to all our Dads!!

Yea on your good day so far Joey!

Dale, I held my cup up to the screen, but the coffee stream in your post didn't work.
    Good morning Lori

    Sorry about that!

    Hiho you lucky people!
It's crackin' the flags here, lovely :)
    Good morning Oomee

There's my nephew on the R. He flew up to get ready for the season this past Tues.
So jealous of all the fishing he gets to do...fish cleaning, and schmoozing guests, not so much.
I rarely hear from him from June-Sept., so my sister and I watch for the fishing reports.
Phone service up there is still the satellite type phones, he said there's one spot on the edge of where they fish that he can get a cell phone signal.
Otherwise, it's Wi-Fi only, which means Skype, or his Google phone, depending on the number of guests using, it's spotty at best due to the slowed speed.
    Colorful! :thumb:

Still cloudy, hot and humid here; no rain at this time :(
Already 80 degrees and chances of rain increasing.

Vegetable beef soup in the slow cooker and turkey getting close to ready for the oven :)

I mentioned the other day how it depended on what the dew point was regarding how wet/sticky it feels outside...
    Here's what Wiki says...

**A high relative humidity implies that the dew point is closer to the current air temperature. Relative humidity of 100% indicates the dew point is equal to the current temperature and that the air is maximally saturated with water. When the moisture content remains constant and temperature increases, relative humidity decreases.[6]

We're at 95% humidity, with only one degree of difference between the air temp, and the dew point...that = thick, wet air.

Good grief, what time did you start this a.m., or did you start prepping yesterday??

I'm going to do a beef roast, cheater mashed potatoes, which I'm thinking about taking a step further and making potato cakes, but we'll see. I've been really hungry for them, haven't had them in years!!
Should prob go pull that out so it can warm up a bit, it's a pretty thick one this time.
It's defrosted, but in the fridge.

No cooking here today! It's Third MondayTrade Days! It is a big flea market by our house and I never actually go to shop but I do go for turkey legs, tornado taters, roasted corn and funnel cake! They even have about 5 booths where vendors sell ecigs and rip folks off with little ego cigs for mega bucks! I love hanging around those stalls with my mods and watch people go gaga!
Then I tell them about ecf!
Gonna be a fun day except for the heat! Trade days is awesome in November and December!

Got up at 3:30 but didn't start messing with food until about six
Mostly bored waiting for DH to get up and do his thing and off to church. Then I have some other things to take care of including another bill that arrived yesterday :glare:

Our's aren't fogged, but there are still some raindrops on the patio door that haven't dried, and it hasn't rained now for hours.

Ah, sounds about right. Hate having to be quiet when I need to do stuff.
Pulled out the roast, good grief, it's sitting in 3/4 an inch of blood. Gack!!! (gag + ack) :D

    Hiya Joey. :)
