Yesterday was not a good day for my cell tower,right after my early morning post my laptop said I needed an update so I tried downloading them didn't make it through the first one and lost my hotspot and phone service they both come from a tower about 1/2 a mile from here.So I'm sitting here with about a pot of coffee in me thinking it would come back on soon well it didn't some jerk shot it according to them,had to drive over to the next town to find that out but I did get a five dollar credit for my trouble.
I keep the neighbors thinking about Bar-B-Que that's for sure
it's all well smoked and my fridge is set for near freezing so it keeps well so most weeks I only have to cook meat 1 time for the whole week ...we're not off either.
Banks are closed here
I helped build one of those a few years back,have him wear a dark color so he doesn't light up like a light bulb in there they use black light for the lighting

The bad part is about 9 or 10 when it still wasn't working I started wondering if NK or someone else had pulled off a cyber attack or something so I went outside to look around and see if neighbors were out and about then a whole bunch of military choppers went over I was thinking OH CRAP
that was when I decided to go to town and pick up my BP med and find out what was going on

OBG, thanks for the pointers. He has a black Harry Potter shirt (his birthday theme this year) but it does have glow in the dark words, so I may have to rethink it. I would have freaked out a little with the choppers too.

So, we are halfway through the Harry Potter series. In the books there is this treat "Bertie Botts every flavored beans" I found them on Amazon. Jelly Belly makes them. Some of the flavors, like the ones in the book, are disgusting. I put them in his bday bags for school and the kids loved them, even while they were gagging on them. I'll spare you the flavor names. DH said the teacher was laughing the whole time.

Might call the place and ask about the black lights it could be different there,just didn't want the little guy to be an easy target at his own party

Got up late this morning as I got to bed late last night. Not sure what the day is going to bring today. Been watching the news. Yet another hurricane coming. It's been quite a busy season! Angel, hope it doesn't get too bad out your way.
I have killed off DirectTV satellite. Went with ATT's DirecTV Now and it's working just fine at a third of the price. But being an ATT customer with unlimited data plan, I'll get $25 off of my DirectTV Now making it only $10/mo. That will save me almost $100/mo. Plus, I'll sign up for auto pay with ATT and will get $10/mo off on my cell bill, too. And I can stream DirectTV Now all I want with my phone and it won't even count against any data. Love getting creative at saving some money!
It's really pleasant outside right now. We do have a slight chance of rain today, but very slight. I need to get out and mow. Maybe, just maybe, this will be my last one of the season if this weather will just cool down sufficiently.
