Service was long Kiddo was adorable with all his squeaks and squawks. He was so nervous, started off strong and then couldn't stop squeaking. He was a trooper though and finished the song 
so proud of him.

Sorry I have not been around lately, I fell off the band wagon and started smoking again!! Also have been in constant pain for the last five weeks, pain killers have not helped much and I hate taking them. I go in for my surgery tomorrow morning at 5:30am to get my new hip. Hopefully I will be out of pain soon because this has been ridiculous.

Hey, Joey! I wish you the best on your hip surgery. I hear you on taking those pain killers. I just put up with pain. If I need it, I'll do ibuprofen. I hope you can get back off the smokes again. I've been free of those for almost 4 years now, but I still can't say I never would again. I can say that I don't plan on ever smoking again. But I understand stuff happens. Lori, I'm thinking when the sun rises and I can see outside that most of our snow will be gone. Sounds like it's a sloppy mess out there. Yesterday we had periods of rain/freezing rain. Today a very warm wind. There is a wind advisory and it's 42 degrees currently. The temps are supposed to drop and rain change over to snow but then I thought it was going to warm up again by the end of the week. Not sure if we will see a white Christmas.
Today is cookie day. I'm making haystacks, shortbread bites and peppermint melt aways. Well I'm going to attempt the last two. Never made those before. We shall see.
