I did enjoy my soak, the day was okay. Cleaning, laundry and such...but I was home, so not complaining.
Are you working tomorrow too? Thinking you said all week, but hoping something changed.

I'm not telling all kidding aside it's too late for most people unless you have really big bucks you can afford to throw around,if my friends would have listened to old OBG their would be a lot more retired people about now they were 1800.00 not long ago

Ah, good old hindsight...if only...then we'd have been ahead the grand we put on Compaq at the end of their ride...and I think DH rode ?? World Com (maybe) another grand down to .30 cents a share...at the end of that, he was just curious how low it'd end up. I think those are the only two that he really took a bath with.
Most of what he has is the long haul method, but he tries to go with ones that pay decent dividends and then reinvests that when it grows enough, after a few years.
I think his 401K is an aggressive growth fund of some sort...
Mine is in a fixed %, as in hardly paying a thin dime %, but back in 2010, I couldn't stomach watching it go down...I know, I'm horrible at that, did in all in the reverse that one should.

Wow. You all were busy this evening haven't had to read that many posts in awhile. Hahaha.

Long night, one more thank goodness. Somehow I was lucky enough to get the week between the holidays off. It will be nice as kiddo is off that whole week too.

Yep, will leave Wednesday night so I can pick him up first thing Thursday...will have our Christmas on Friday...wondering how the princess is going to take to finally having her daddy back.
