    Hiya, Fran

Oh no, Dale. Of course she's not when you're ready to wind down. o_O

We have 4 totes of "Christmas stuff" between combining two households (DH and I married later in life) and kiddo's school creations. Which I do adore and display every year lol Oh and that doesn't include the tree or the outside stuff

I'm shopping online now for Valentine's lighted window silhouettes to fill the void.
Oh my, still doing the valentines thing ;)

That reminds me, I need to ask Bela if she wants her little lifesaver choochoo train ornament back ;)

    Good morning Lori
So sorry you’re sick again, what’s wrong with us? o_O

I know the day is coming when we won’t be able to pay Bela to stay with us
Thanks, this to shall pass. :)

What's wrong is people come to work sick and spread it around.
Seriously I can name 5 people who have for sure been sick at work, and come in anyway, from Wednesday to Friday this past week.
One person has already had one round of antibiotics, she's still not completely better, two of the others had absolutely no business being there, the other was coming down with it and was out Thursday and Friday. :(
    Lysol, your best wintertime friend.

    Good morning lurkers

Fran, keeping you both in my thoughts and prayers :nun:

Lori, sorry your not feeling well. Hope you can get a lot of rest today. :nun:

Dale, yay on the sleep. Have fun with Bela and hope you can get a ride in today. :)

OBG, that definitely doesn't sound good for Apple users :nah: Neat about the lunar eclipse. We will only see a partial :(

0 feels like -20. After being home with kiddo yesterday, alone, DH jumped at the chance to do the shopping today. So glad we didn't have to go out in that. Brrr!

Ugggg time to take down the tree and decorations. Not looking forward to that. :glare:

Hope you all have a good day and stay warm.
Thanks Sara. I'll feel better soon. ;)

    Good morning kc :)

    Good morning obg :)

    Good morning Fran
Hope everything is ok will keep you and hubby in prayers!!

    Good morning Dale
Hope you’re feeling better and Bela wants to go riding :)

    Good morning Lori
    Hope you feel better :)

    Good morning Sara
    Thanks Joey. :)

Starting to think we need a full time nurse around here :laugh:Eat your vit C about 1000 mg a day folks,no excuses and some D wouldn't hurt :2c:
Nah, no nurse needed, just would be nice if people would stay home when they're sick. :(

I had a short lived cold last time.

Welp just really a flyby to say hi, and say goodnight.
Need to go soak and get my PJs on.
Going to maybe stitch a bit and go to bed early.

See y'all in the morning, sweet dreams when you go.

I think if you stay home and rest, get fluids, vitamins, etc. you get better (generally) quicker.
But, I also understand not everyone can stay home when they're sick, believe me, there was a time in my life, I had to be at work every single day. I couldn't stay home. :(
The people I'm referring to could have stayed home. They just don't.

Good morning Dale and the rest of the Lurkers:wub:

I hope everyone's illnesses are short-lived. The crud seems to be all over. I had a cold and still have a little bit of congestion still to this day. Looks to be a really nice day today. Supposed to be in the 70's! Yesterday was in the 60's. A perfect day. It was really nice being outside without having to put a jacket on. We do have another front coming in tonight which will cool it down somewhat, but not cold. We'll have nearly a whole week with lows in the 40's and highs in the 60's.

I'll see you all later on. Have a really good day. Stay warm, especially all our northern folks! Everyone get better!

Good morning Dale, Paul, OBG, Joey, and the sleeping Lurkers.

Paul, I agree with Dale, that sounds like perfectly wonderful wintertime weather!

...waiting to see what Mother Nature brings us later.
We're right on the edge for some ice, or snow, or both.
Shouldn't be much of either, if any, and we're supposed to be warming above freezing at some point today/tomorrow as well, so hopefully it will be uneventful. :)

Good morning, OBG, Fran, Joey and Lori:wub:

Yes, this is perfect winter weather. I feel for you, Fran, Lori, Sara and anyone else having to deal with frigid conditions. We had our short bit of it, but it only got down to about 18º. Really cold for us, but nothing compared to up north. Fran, be super careful when you have to go out in that stuff.

Good morning Fran, KC, and Sara.

Paul, even as cold as it's been, I can't complain. We were warm, highs in the 40's, 50's to nearly 60 until almost Christmas.
There were hit very cold overnight lows, but until this last cold spell, it was unusually warm for this area.
We're nearing the middle of Jan., so almost to spring!

Sara, those pb cups are distracting. Glad all of ours are gone.
Side note, if you like the buckeye candies, peanut butter balls, covered in chocolate, I can personally recommend THESE!!! I think they taste exactly like homemade.
