Joey, that would be great! I never thought about using tortellini for homemade chicken soup, therefore I never make it because I'm not a huge egg noodle fan.
Lovely breakfast buffet and inspirational quotes Dale.

Carrots, fresh spinach, chopped onions, minced garlic, italian seasoning, chicken broth, grated parm cheese, chicken breast, cheese tortellini.
Crockpot slow cook the breasts in the broth until they fall apart. Add all ingredients into the pot to cook until the carrots get soft. Add the tortellini last and only put in what you are going to eat that day other next day they will be really soft/soggy. She does the measurements by eye because we are feeding five people here.
It really is an awesome soup, she has also swapped the tortellini with pasta or soup noddles you find in the frozen section. You can also add beans and other veggies to change it up even further
