Was a quiet day at the office today...bosses are in Belize, so had the office to myself...was nice, let me get a lot of stuff off my desk and things straightened up, not that it'll last.

Never did get any rain...and I had wanted it too so that it would wash away all the extra kitty litter that turned to mush and didn't want to come up off the concrete the other day.

Lol's Joey, I had tuna fish for lunch (Subway)...on 9 grain honey oat......with spinach, tomatoes, mayo, salt and pepper...deeee-lish-ush.

Very long day, ready for my soak and the sofa.
I may not be back...we'll see.

Glad you’re starting to feel better

I’m doing better the pain is starting to dissipate as the leg gets stronger. I whined myself off the pain meds last week I just dealt with it. I did not want to get hooked on the norco’s.

I’m glad you were able to wean yourself off so quickly, you must be doing quite well

Jack helped a lot more today than usual and made it so much easier on me I had two visual migraines today , hope that’s it for a while! Made it impossible to read the numbers on the scale for a while.

I am not crazy about meds to begin with especially opioids to easy to get hooked on them.

I feel/felt fine; visual migraines don’t hurt I just can’t see well Nothing a doctor can do about it.
