Cheese steak quesadillas sound like the bomb. I should make some quesadillas sometime. The worst part about not being able to eat beef anymore is how much i love to cook. But a close friend of mine has a birthday coming up and I think she wants me to cook curry.

There are very few days when I would rather be stuck in an office over an attic haha. I am very much not a desk job person. Never was cut out for it.

Red beans and rice for supper tonight. I don't make this often enough.

Yikes, bet it gets hot in there though!

Just got done washing up muddy paw prints. Hmmm, wonder who coulda left those why oh why did I glance under the furniture not only are there dust bunnies but lotsa Lucy hair.

We had cheesesteak quesadillas and roasted broccoli. Weird combo but we needed to use up the broccoli and the boys don’t mind it.

I work at a desk with the public. Not my favorite place to be but it pays the bills and the benefits are decent.

Not really, traffic too bad so I settled for a hamburger and some cookies I really love
I do have some ice cream for tomorrow

We mix it up. We mostly do chicken or beef. Sometimes we have veggie ones and a couple of times I made scrambled egg/spinach/cheese ones. I have never had curry. Sounds like a plan for her birthday dinner
