I sooooo did not want to get up today....and not looking forward to the day...I know I have a ton of stuff to catch up on, and I have to try to find time to work with the new girl and make sure she has things she can do too, which means I'll be having to teach her things...I so don't have time for that...ugh!

Yeah Lori, there's not really anything they could do for it...bf's mom cracked hers a few years ago when she fell, and it just had to heal on it's own. I'll survive...I'll just be doing it slowly.

Sally beauty supply sells small bags for just over a buck.

The sally's by me only has the box and I do not trust the people in there to give me the right rayon in a small package lol The last 2 times we went to mc'ds the young people are just incompetent 1. 20 minutes at the drive thru window 2. had to correct my order 3 times at the window because they cant read the screen wth lmao

I'm really about to lose my sense of humor over this ridiculous heat. It's been in the 90's to over 100 since the beginning of June. My wallet is complaining, too, with the high electric bills. I went outside for about 20 minutes yesterday to throw some construction debris into the trailer and I was dripping in sweat. That was it for the day. Anyway, hope you all are doing alright. No time right now to scan through a bunch of pages to try to see what's going on with all you good folks. Be back when I can.

Kinda rainy here today. But I am ok with that. We walked the boardwalk this morning and I got 2500 steps. (10,367 for the day) Not a bad way to start to your day.

I’m sorry for those of you @pwheeler dealing with the unrelenting heat I hope it gets better for you.

We had cocktails on the boardwalk and saw a couple getting married on the beach. Kiddo asked why I teared up. Bwahahah sweet innocent kiddo.

OMG what a day...it was Monday on steroids! ...started with my oldest calling to tell me had wrecked his car in New Orleans. I told him to call the insurance company and start working on it...luckily we have rental car coverage and accident forgiveness so it won't raise our rates. Their preliminary is saying it will be totaled but my son didn't think it was really that bad...but it's definitely not driveable. Dread it if we end up having to find another car for him.

Then work was a nightmare...that's what I get for taking a week off ...was playing catchup all day...and then one thing after another kept happening and so I had to keep putting out fires since the bosses weren't back from their weekend trip they took to visit their son. I didn't get home until after 7 tonight because it took us that long to finally get my son his rental car after work was over.

I am so exhausted...think I'm crawling into bed early tonight.

Oh wow Angel that sounds downright awful. I’m glad your son is ok. That is what is important. Vehicles can be replaced. Thank goodness for the accident forgiveness.
