Definitely cheaper. :)

I know, can you believe it? When I lived alone my cheeseburgers came from my parents house (grilled) or fast food. I have eaten them before, just never made them myself. ;)

It’s a beautiful day today. 56 already and should get to mid 60s with a lot of sunshine. Probably the last we’ll see if it for awhile :( I hope the forecast changes and it continues be warmer with some sun.

Not very pretty here, we had some hard rain this morning and now it’s wet and humid, 70 degrees. Enjoy your sunshine while you’ve got it ;)

    Good morning:)

Good morning Dale and lurkers

We’ve been eating them for a few years now. They are usually our non grilling season way to have burgers because I pan fry them. Beef burgers are reserved for the grill.

I brush/season both sides with a little olive oil, garlic pepper grinder (MCCormick) and a little smoked paprika. Fry 3-4 min per side take off the heat when temp reaches 165, throw a slice of cheese on them, put them on a roll and add usual burger condiments. The olive oil helps to keep them from drying out. They are pretty good. I’ve never tried them on the grill and I’ve never pan fried a beef patty.

Good afternoon Dale, Sara and Lurkers :)

I was put in traction for 20 minutes yesterday, it felt good for a little while. Than the pain started around 10p last night.

Now I wanna have hamburgers on the grill

Hope you all have a great day :)

    Good afternoon Dale and Joey!

Uggg the sun didn’t last as long as they said it would and now it’s raining. Snow later in the week.

Oh no, Joey. I’m sorry. Hope your pain subsides soon.

Thanks Although I don’t think my neck will ever be pain free again.

Northern states are prone to snow even in May :lol:

Good morning Dale and Joey

Yeah that does look warm. But it will keep you safe.

Nasty storm took out satellite and sump pump. Woke up to no tv and a slightly flooded basement. :glare: Both are working again. But it’s starting to grate on my nerves a little. I know it’s not how life works, but couldn’t we just deal with one thing at a time. Like being in PAUSE. NY’s governor doesn’t like to refer to it as a lockdown or shelter in place. Since we use those terms with active shooters.

Thanks, Dale. :) Sorry about your headache. Hope you don’t get a nasty storm.

What doesn’t kill us makes us stronger....except I’m still waiting for that one to happen  I sure as heck don’t feel stronger. ;)

On the brighter side, I’m working the logistics of the eggplant parm and those olive garden breadsticks. Dh fries and then bakes. Always thinking about food, I am.

The storm is in Little Rock so doesn’t affect us except pressure wise.

What else is there to think about?
