Oh I see, that’ll be a relief. Is someone cooking for you this weekend?
Ha! I’ll take “No for $200, Alex”

I’m not sure what we are doing for dinners this weekend, yet. We usually plan our menu Sat-Fri on Friday nights.

Practice on Sunday night, so I’m thinking takeout afterwards. Tomorrow maybe we’ll use the air fryer or maybe I’ll do the sausages again.

For some reason I thought your husband was working from home.
    Think we’ll have goulash tonight.

Good afternoon Dale and Sara :)

We bought 2 butcher boxes yesterday 50 lbs of beef and 30 lbs of pork. Also got 2 big fat ribeyes and a dozen Italian sausages total was $425. Not sure how good a deal it was the place was recommended by bil.

Will be doing some grilling later :drool:

    Good evening lurkers

Working from home = working and therefore no cooking ;) kidding. He does man the grill from time to time and he does cook sometimes. Yes, he is home. Thank goodness. Kiddo is not prepared to stay home all day alone. He has been home by himself for a couple hours at a time though.

Wow!! I don’t know anything about prices but SCORE! Sounds like you got a bunch of good stuff, Joey!!

    Glad they were good.

I’m making sauseeege sandwiches for dinner. I’ll make sure to take a pic this time ;) I haven’t stopped talking about them all week. Lol
Whose recipe did you use. I did a quick sausage, peppers, onions this time with mushrooms and just olive oil.

I did the combo of butter and olive oil. I added fennel seed, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes and s&p. Mushrooms sound good. Maybe next time, we are out of them.

ETA I had to skip the garlic since my step dad doesn’t like it.

    Waiting ;)
Hahaha. I’m about to start cutting up my veggies.

We had zucchini pizzas for lunch. Those were tasty. Sliced the zucchini in circles, dab of sauce and cheese and then baked. Yum!
