I have the reg pegasus. It's hefty.
    I like mini things :)

    Hiya Dale and Fran

I am ok it is just the cat and I here until friday. The girls had a vacation planned before Sue passed that they spent money on so I told them to go have a good time. Their mom would have wanted them to go.
That’s good, and yes they should go.

    Good morning Joey

I agree, Sue wouldn’t have wanted them to miss it. (((Hugs)))

Yup, Dale. As long as it keeps me off the stinkies, I’m happy. I’m guessing about 5-6 years now. :?: Bad memory.....another con to getting old I guess :w00t:
For some reason I have you pictured as really young ... so are you past your 30’s?

Well they ought to last a while ;)

‘Whew! My back hurts, been bent over the table cutting and packing a whole ham I cooked yesterday. Shame and a disgrace something so simple can hurt my back

Yeah, that kind of bending over gets my lower back every time. I've been lucky it doesn't last.

Normally it doesn’t for me either but I’ve resorted to Tylenol today because I can’t stay off my feet long enough
Now I’m trying to learn how to use an air fryer

    Bless your heart, Dale

    :::whispers::: I’ll be 44 in December ;)

Oooh, enjoy the air fryer. We love ours!
    Still a young’un though ;)

So far I’m not loving it  Never did get our fries crispy but I’m starting to think it’s meant for frozen fries which I hardly ever buy. What say you? :?:

I haven’t tried potatoes cut into fries yet. I believe you need to soak in water first.

I have done frozen fries, tots, onion rings, pizza logs, mozzarella sticks, loaded potato bites, crunch rolls, breaded mushrooms, chicken wings.

non frozen: cubed sweet tates, cubed white potatoes, white potato wedges, breaded zucchini, breaded chicken nuggets or breaded tenders and lastly the eggplant bacon.

Aside from the chicken and zucchini nothing not already frozen wasn’t super crispy. But it keeps me from turning on the oven on hot days.

I think you’ll be tired for a while Joey. The death of a loved one is draining on you.

Helpful, thanks. That’s what I was afraid of.

Naps never make me less tired. Think I’m broken ;)

All the frozen stuff stayed crispy crunchy and the non frozen is more of a roasted consistency. The chicken nuggets /tenders turn out crispy because of the bread crumbs. I spritz before I put in the air fryer and spritz again when I flip the food halfway with cooking spray (olive oil, Pam, canola)
