taco craving taken care of :D...though it wasn't exactly taco filling...it was kind of watery so more of a dip
I tried to make a burrito out of it but it was just too sloppy, so ate it with the chips like a dip
if i had some lettuce it'd make for a good taco salad
I may add some beans and corn to it and make it more of a taco soup

well my taco craving bit me in the ....
not sure if it was the meat is bad, or i didn't let it cook long enough...I cooked it at 350 for an hour.....pretty sure it was precooked before packaged....
or if it was just acid reflex and/or my meds
woke up wee hours of the morning and I should have taken some antacid but I didn't, just stacked my pillows up so my head was higher and tried to go back to sleep....woke up again and sat up for a while and took some antacids...stomach just was not happy but still my meds were in my system so I was fairly out of it...eventually made my way to the bathroom and yeah....
it's hard telling at this point what caused it, I mean it really could have just been my meds, they do upset my stomach and cause my vertigo and motion sickness to kick in...
now I'm leery to try and eat the rest of the taco meat *sadness*

yes the bag says chicken taco filling on it...though it looks more like beef, guess they grounded up the chicken instead of shredding it. and with all the spices and sauce it's hard to tell what color it was.
on a hindsight note, I think it was the sauce they used, it was very tomatoey...and well I'm slightly allergic to tomatoes, my grandfather was deathly allergic to strawberries and it's part of the same allergy.

Yum, meatloaf. Thinking we’ll need to put that on the menu soon. We had grilled tenders with steamed baby potatoes tossed in chipotle olive oil and bbq seasonings. Could have used one of your veggies, Dale  Dh said he was going to make peas and well........nada

I had popcorn for a snack (that counts as a veggie, right??)

They are one of our favorite sides. The grocery store sells kits, which we used to buy (potatoes/seasoning) pop them in the microwave, add olive oil and the seasoning packet.

Our produce place sells the creamer potatoes, so we buy those and use our own seasoning. Cheaper and healthier since they aren’t in the plastic container ;)

    sweet dreams Dale
