We’re having tuna salad sandwiches for supper, been awhile.

mmmm. We haven't had tuna salad in awhile either. That sounds really good. Kiddo has travel soccer practice tonight so it was a quick meatball sandwich. I haven’t eaten yet. While I love meatballs and never turn down bread, I just can’t get behind meatball subs/sandwiches.
Haven’t decided what I will eat. Working on filling out new patient paperwork for my first Chiropractic visit tomorrow. Diagnosed this week with arthritis in my back.
I am ok, so no biggie, other than being nervous. The idea of someone touching my back freaks me out a bit.

I don’t know much about Chiropractics but hope for your sake it brings you some relief. I understand how you feel about a meatball sandwich, I’m like that about meatloaf sandwiches... it just sounds wrong
Aw I’ll eat them both, just don’t care for themHahaha. You and I are so much the same on a lot of things…..except mushrooms and mac & cheese

It's a whopping 32 here today with intermittent sunshine in NE Ohio.
Mmm, I think today I'm going to make a small pan of Vegetable lasagna with the bechemel sauce instead of tomato sauce. Hope everyone has a great day!

Ohh Dale, sorry you aren’t sleeping well. Had my Dr appt this morning and 7 pages of forms to fill out
It went ok. Stretched and adjusted.
Cold here, 26 and snow. Too far away right now but there were some 50s in the forecast for middle of next week. Hope the sun is out to make that 50 feel great, Fran.
Joey, sorry everything is flaring up for you. Hope you can find some relief.

How fun, Dale!! We are going to a restaurant tonight to celebrate my step dad’s birthday. Thinking of getting a salad and a cup of french onion soup. Haven’t been to a restaurant in a very long time. Excited for that.
Went grocery shopping with Dh this afternoon. While the shelves were pretty much full, those prices, WOW!!

Eating in a restaurant is something I may not ever do again but due to my hearing I wasn’t a fan anyway. Takeout on the other hand We had bbq from Smokin’ N Stlye, Bela had their chicken. I hear you about the grocery prices, just have to close my mind to it and pay up.
