    Good morning lurkers :)

We had a rough night but today has been good. Let's just say an 88 year old, retired Policeman can be interesting while not in his right mind. A bit of Sundowners Syndrome going on. He finally calmed down at 4:15 and woke me up at 6:30 asking where his breakfast was. Sheesh!

Got all his wires off today and hopefully he can go home tomorrow. I think I am happy. Definitely happy about a shower and my bed!

Hope everyone has had a good Good Friday.
It seems like you’re going to need some caregiver help at home Rat2 :(

He had a great night and morning. Things can change hourly and I just roll with whatever. Waiting on doctor to come by. They said he can go home this morning. We are waiting patently. I would make him go to rehab if I was not 99.9% I could handle him.

I cannot tell you how much I have appreciated your prayers, good thoughts and concern. I've always been pretty much alone. Not complaining it just is what it is. Life can be difficult at times but family and friends supports makes a huge difference. I know.

Thanks Dale. I asked my aunt and cousin, that I go out to eat with on Sundays, not to come up there. She is 90 and my cousin 69. I told them there was just no reason to take any chances and I would keep them updated. I am not necessarily talking about covid. There are so many bug-a-boo's you can catch there. I am not sure but I don't think I passed a hand sanitizing station without using it. heehee

Just so you know, my 90 year old aunt is healthy. She amazes me with all she does. Can you believe she is that age and on 0 zero prescription medications? I guess you could say she is healthier than me. And got a shape on her. Wears a size 7 bluejean and from behind looks like a 20 year old. I am actually quite jealous of her.

I just started talking to my aunt 3 years ago. Our family has always been weird. I have found out more about my parents than I ever heard from them.

I just recently found out that she had breast augmentation years ago. She said she never had much and even less after having kids so she took care of the problem. Never had any issues and looks great. heehee See? Amazing.

Doesn’t it just fry your (you know what) to see a 90 year old more spry than we are in our 60’s? :glare:  Actually it’s kind of cool ;)

I would say I am sharing too much with y'all because of the strain I have been under but. . . you have probably figured out that it is just "me". View attachment 972962
I used to be the same way Rat2, no filter at all
Some where along the way I just stopped talking much.

It really is cool. I wish I knew what she had done to have such a wonderful immune system. Her daughter just had her start taking B12 and Vit D. I told my cousin she had done so well that I don't know that I would change a thing.
