I did get a short walk but then trimmed back two huge Forsythia bushes. I don't think I can kill them by cutting them back so far. If they die, I'll dig em' up. No biggie.

Leftovers again and I will say I don't think I will have spaghetti for a while. heehee Because I worked so hard today, I justified in my mind that I could have one of dad's chocolate-covered donuts. I have no willpower around those darn things and the ability to justify anything.

I agree it’s hard to kill forsythia, we’ve got a huge one at the end of the driveway. We really need to cut it back too.

Whew, been busy all day. Dad woke me up early by accidentally calling me. Dad had a dental appointment. Had to go to Sams to pick up medications and got my regular fish and shrimp to take down to my aunt's.

Oh I don't have audio books. It is hard to believe but I can read my phone kindle and walk at the same time. heehee Yes, I know that would not work for you.

I cannot believe it is Friday again myself. Another fast week. My cousin called and wanted me to go out to lunch with her and my aunt but they wanted just the "girls" to go. My dad loves the hotdogs where they are going and I just did not have the heart to tell him he could not go. I am not really comfortable with leaving him by himself just yet. I would come closer to going if it was raining because I know he would stay in his chair watching tv. It is a gorgeous day and he goes outside a lot. Oh well, maybe next time.
