Good morning Rat2 and Sara  Lurkers :)

Watched NCIS last night and then went straight to bed. I had taken some Tylenol P.M. due to multiple aches and pains and with my regular medication was out like a light. Knees feel MUCH better this morning :thumb:

I have never tried the Tylenol P.M. One of the very few. heehee So glad that it helped you feel better.

We had a quick thunderstorm and rain this morning. It was supposed to get up to 98 today but now they are saying 95. Maybe I won't get so hot on my walk now.

    heehee

My old coffee maker has been giving me less in my cup randomly. Only me, never dad. Today, it decided to go the other way and there was too much coffee. All over everything. grrrr Dad says I am doing something wrong but even I can mash a button. heehee I think the Keurig is getting ready to bite the dusk. I think I will put one on my Amazon Wishlist, just in case. Diluted coffee just doesn't get it.

(but you know I did not waste it, heehee)

I am 99.9% sure I will not be as productive as yesterday but 100% sure I will finish my book. :)

    Good morning Rat2
    It has its uses ;)
Hoping your walk isn’t too sweaty!

Have you tried cleaning your keuriq? If you have any polident or similar product they do a good job of it.

Was not as bad as I thought it was going to be. Hot but cloudyish. Walked for an hour in mostly shade. Then I took my aunt some tuna fish salad for her supper. It will be good in hot weather. That's what we are having. I am out of salad mix again. sniff, sniff I think I need to buy a bigger bag.

I set my alarm clock just in case I lay here and decide to check my eyes for leaks. heehee I am sort of tired for some reason. Might be the heat.

    Later. . .

    Good evening lurkers

Happy to hear the tylenol and meds worked and you were feeling decent today, Dale.

Ugg, sorry about your coffee, Rat2. Hope you didn’t find any leaks ;)

Joey, I really hope you are nice and frosty now. :nun:

All day I thought it was Wednesday  Now I have to do it all over again tomorrow

No dinner yet, waiting on Dh. He had a meeting and was grabbing subs on the way home.

Good evening Joey, Rat2 and Sara

Ugh Joey, hope the repair person has come and gone leaving you comfy!

‘Can’t buy too much salad mix at once unfortunately Rat2, it ruins too quickly :(

We had chili tonight Sara, hope your subs arrive soon :thumb:

A/C is fixed it was a broken contact, it is struggling to cool the house down. The temp got to 85 in the house, right now it is 80. The outside temp is 97 yet.
You posted while I was composing Joey, happy it’s fixed :thumb: After the sun goes down it should catch up quickly :)

    Hi Dale

The temp is slowly going down, still have all the fans going. 77 feels better than the 92 outside.

Ordered 4 things from Amazon and I am getting deliveries Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. heehee That's sort of exciting for me.

I am still wanting another mod. I am down to either the Innokin Coolfire Z80 or Vaporesso Swag II. Leaning towards Coolfire because I think they are good products. Have not even played with my Dead or Fat Rabbit. (where do they get these names?)

The news is just too depressing and I can't find anything to watch. Might just be a good night to read or find an old, old movie to watch. I have been watching movies back from the 40's and 50's. The old ones are so good. Someone on another thread said something about Cool Hand Luke. I have heard of that but never watched it. I find the old movies more enjoyable than the new ones.

Oh well, hope everyone has a wonderful night.

Receiving orders from Amazon or Walmart are highlights for me too Rat2
I know, right? Me too. I have never ordered from Walmart and had it delivered. Up until a couple of years ago, I had never had a home food delivery. Someone was kidding me about it so I ordered from Pizza Hut.

I got so excited when they got to my house that I went out the front door so they would not have to walk so far. I shut the door all the way by mistake and was locked out. Thank goodness for outside codes to open garage doors and hidden outside keys. I cannot imagine what dad would have said if I had woke him up to come let me in. And I would have had to share.
    girl_haha.gif

Oh well, it was a good lesson because I have never been locked out of the house again. If gas gets much higher, I might have to order home delivery again.

    Good morning Rat2
I do order dry goods to be shipped but not a fresh delivery, I’m too picky for that ;)

The only times I’ve locked myself out of the house DH has been out of town  Fortunately there’s a hidden key ;)

Got to go out and get a Father’s Day card for dad, been putting it off as usual

    Good evening lurkers

*knocks on wood* never locked myself out. I did lock my keys in the car when I was a teen while out shopping with a friend.

We always picked up food until covid but we are back to picking it up ourselves.

Love to shop online, bad habit

Grrr!!! Kiddo has come down with something. His last day of school was Monday but he had/has finals and state testing Tues-Thurs and last exam is next Tues. Asked him how it went today (state test, super strict) and he said horrible, his nose was running nonstop and he couldn’t grab his tissues. He said, “sorry mom, I had to use my sleeve” Poor kid. I told him to flag a teacher down tomorrow. They would bring him some tissues or ask ahead for permission to have tissues out of the package on him. I noticed he stopped sneezing and went to check on him and he’s fast asleep  Tomorrow is going to be awful for him. :nah: Thank goodness the exam is first thing and then he can come home.

Chicken soup for dinner. With some hot tea and honey.
