My 2 days off went by quick was only able to get a few things done
Made t-bone steaks and fries for dinner, also made potato salad but that isn’t cooled off yet.

‘Basically I’m vacuum sealing and packing, I’ve done some bagging and balling burger. A couple of days I helped cut a little but it’s not my job.
‘Or did you mean the deer?
Some are brought in whole and we’ll gut and skin, some are caped for the taxidermist ; a lot of guys gut them in the woods as they should. Then we have ice chest deer where they’ve cut them up somewhat and we finish the processing.Happy to hear you’re getting a three day weekend, I know you’ll enjoy that
