    Good afternoon lurkers

You can say that again, Dale

Got out early for the soccer game. Was supposed to be an hour away but they changed it to home. Still nice to go home early, so I won’t complain.

Hope everyone is having a great day!
    Good evening Sara
‘Oh that’s great that you had a short day and didn’t have to travel :thumb:

We had pizza for supper, been a few weeks.

    Good evening lurkers

Thanks, Dale. It was ok. I had a nun tell me I was very kind. Ohhh if she only knew  Dh made dinner, raviolis, salad and garlic toast. :hubba:
    Hey Sara
That was good of your husband, I was tired and didn’t feel like cooking so DH went and got burgers. Looks like I’ll be working 3 days next week.

Always nice to get a complement. :)

    Good evening lurkers

That is true, never even thought about that. Do you process from start to finish or just cut and wrap?

Woot!! 3 day weekend ahead. the office is closed for Columbus Day.
    Hi Sara
‘Basically I’m vacuum sealing and packing, I’ve done some bagging and balling burger. A couple of days I helped cut a little but it’s not my job.
‘Or did you mean the deer? Some are brought in whole and we’ll gut and skin, some are caped for the taxidermist ; a lot of guys gut them in the woods as they should. Then we have ice chest deer where they’ve cut them up somewhat and we finish the processing.

Happy to hear you’re getting a three day weekend, I know you’ll enjoy that :thumb:

Hey all, I'm still around and doing ok.
Hi Jim, sorry we missed your visit last night :)

    Good morning lurkers

Thank goodness you don’t have to do much of the yuck stuff. I’m not a hunter, can ya tell

Hi, @jim_87, glad everything is good :) stop by more!
    Good morning Sara
Ahhh but when I was younger I did some of everything except kill and gut ;) I tried to skin but that was quite a skill  I would have been way too slow:laugh:
