Good morning, Joey

You are so considerate to not want to mess up a clean kitchen ;) Maybe I should make the boys clean the downstairs  I spend so much time on that it’s hard to do special project areas.

I was glad I wore my boots and took my gloves, Dale. The place is poorly insulated but last night it was really cold. We are at 44 and the sun was out but it’s behind the clouds now.

Nothing wrong with having some down time.

Slightly agitated. Only slightly. He was supposed to be here at 12 and I got a text (15 minutes after he was supposed to be here) that said he was running late and would be here by 1. I just always try to do what I say.

But looking on the bright side, it gave me a chance to jump on here and say "Hello".

Took advantage of the decent weather and scrubbed the vape residue off my car windows. Funny, I never really noticed the tobacco residue. Then again, I wasn’t spending all my breaks in my car.

Awww Rat2, understand being disappointed, if you weren’t it would mean you didn’t truly enjoy your time with him. Also agree with Dale. He’s a good one and worth waiting on.

    Hiya, Dale

Think I might be coming down with kiddo's cold. I feel a wee bit congested.

So nice that you were able to visit with your son and family. :) We just got home from the birthday dinner and I can continue to say I haven't been to a bad Mexican restaurant yet. So so good.

I'm tired and my belly's full. Time for some tv before bed. Sure do hate that it's Sunday night already. 10 working days and then long weekend for President's Day  I can do it lololol

    Sweet dreams

Y'all are right and I did end up being nice and just letting it go. We had another 12-hour date. He just left. Had a wonderful day. High Rock Lake is quite nice. I am sure it will look better when the leaves get back on the trees.

We stopped by his friends and sat on the porch. He had rocking chairs. Have I told you how much I love rocking? Oh boy. It was not too cold but I was getting chilly because I did not have a coat. I did not know we were going to be sitting outside. Terry had a denim jacket that was flannel lined and he gave it to me. He said he was not cold. So I sat there wrapped in his jacket with the sun shining on my face and beautiful water across the way. It was a nice way to spend the afternoon. He asked Terry to bring me back one weekend and he would grill something for us. He was a big guy so I imagine he knows how to grill.

After that, we went to visit his daughter because she lived close to there. Had a wonderful visit there. Rubbed their bunny. That has got to be the softest animal I have ever petted. Such a sweet little bunny.

It was late and I was starting to get pretty hungry. He said something about stopping at McDonald's. You know I am not fond of fast food and if I am going to eat it, I prefer BurgerKing. Oh well, I had told him about some General Tsu's chicken that I really liked. We were going to do Chinese one night. Since it did not take but 16 minutes to fix and the fried rice I had was some of that ready rice. I suggested we just go back to my house and I would fix us supper.

I do not want it to become an all the time thing but it was a darn site better than MickeyD's. I had not had any since before dad passed and it ended up being really good. I hate I did not have any egg rolls. I offered to run down the street and pick us up some but he said not to worry about it. So I ended up fixing Italian bread with garlic, butter, and cheese. I air-fried it and it was so darn good. Did not really go with my meal theme but I got over it because I was hungry.

It was a nice day. I think after 96 days and 23 dates I would know if this was going anywhere but I am just not sure. I know it will probably bother him if I saw someone else but I have been honest with him from the start so I am not going to worry about that now. I will just enjoy the time we have together as friends. Friends are good to have.

Hope everyone has a wonderful week (and fast for Sara). Hugs to all.

    Good morning lurkers :)

That sounded like a really nice day Rat2. I’m a bit curious, what exactly are you wanting from Terry that you’re not already getting? A physical relationship ? marriage? Not my business I know

    Good morning lurkers

    Sounds like a fantastic time, Rat2. :)

So far feel the same. Doubled up on the vitamin c and added some zinc to the regimen.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day!!
    Good morning Sara
Maybe you should stay home? You might pass whatever it is around the office.

    Hiya Dale

Hope you like what you ordered
The menthol I ordered was open and empty  It was 1.99 so not a terrible loss, I checked the other 4 to make sure they hadn’t been opened and all was good. Two are the kind I’ve gotten locally and I like those, that’s why I ordered them. There’s a big JuiceHead strawberry peach that I probably won’t open for a while. I tried the icy lush and it’s okay but not much flavor, again it was also 1.99 so no big deal and I will vape it.
