‘Oh no, ice storms are the worst! Don’t think we’ll get severe weather here down south unless something changes.

Anybody remember Geritol? That was some nasty tasting stuff but it did the job.

Dh made it home from his meeting safely, he said it was nasty. His office said they don’t have to drive in, in the morning. 2 less for me to have to worry about

Only one town nearby has a 2 hr delay. So I will just make sure to give myself extra time for my drive. Curious to see how much ice is on my car

We had an ice storm yesterday also, roads are still bad here. I might just stay home tonight also!! If they can close schools before a storm hits now than they should be able to salt the roads in a timely manner!! We are living in very strange times right now

Surprisingly the commute was worse coming home I slid several times but made it in my driveway without incident.

Don’t blame you for wanting to stay home, Joey.

I saw somewhere online only like 28 days til Spring Winter can go float a rock, it’s horrible this year.

You need to do something

I agree and I am working on it. I ate meatloaf, collards and onion pie with rosemary bread for supper. Cindy and I went to a place I had never been called Southern Roots. Here it is Thursday night and the place was packed inside and outside dining was full. It was a little pricey but the food was really good.

I think you should get iron supplements

The doctor told me to get some and I did but I hate taking them. I think it is probably better to eat something to raise my iron and I will try the cast iron pan when I cook again. I may need to take supplements.

It was a good day. I was woman hear me roar this morning so I drove dad's car for the very first time. I was glad I got home before it rained since it has never been rained on. It will happen though. I actually loved driving it. It is an 09 Impala SS. It still has the new car smell to it. It only has 5730 miles on it. I went to get gas first thing this morning and it has not been filled up since 12-15-2021.

I bet I start putting some miles on it.

Cindy took me to Costco today and I walked around the whole store. I love eating samples. heehee I have thought about getting a membership but I have one at Sam's and I can go with Cindy anytime I want. It is a nice store.

It got darn warm today. Just one quick rain shower and then just cloudy. I think we are supposed to have rain this weekend. I did not make it to the gym today but I did go walking with my friend. Lowest step count I've had in a long time but still got a little over 8000 steps in. I'll do better tomorrow.

I topped my sleep record again last night. 6 hours!!!! Can you believe it? I don't remember waking up either. I would love to have the same thing happen tonight. Maybe even longer. That would be awesome. Fingers crossed! Maybe I will sleep tonight because I ate such a big supper.
