    Good morning, Dale

Glad you got to sleep in.

We got our groceries this morning, man is it hot out there. The air is heavy.

Hope everyone has a great day!
Good morning Sara  Sorry you’re getting a taste of Arkansas weather.

Think DH and I are going to Walmart later to pick up a few things and hopefully get a hair trim. That’s the only thing I dislike about short hair.

Good afternoon Sara, Dale and lurkers

It has been really hot and muggy here lately, poured rain last night which did not help at all. Inside the plant was even hotter :censored::blink: More rain for tonight at work in Wisconsin, not so much here in N. Illinois.

Hope you all have a great night.

Good evening Dale and Joey

Oh yeah, I remember hot days and nights in the factory. Stay hydrated, Joey.

Dale, I'm sorry most of the year is like this for you. :( I don't think I could do it as much as I dread the snow.

@FranC I hope your weather isn't too severe. I keep hearing about nasty storms your way.

Hot dogs, baked beans and pasta salad for dinner. Hope everyone's day has been good so far.

Good evening Joey and Sara
‘Hope we get a little rain in the coming week, we’re getting dry but our chances are low.

I did get my hairs trimmed, looking much better :thumb: Really liked the girl who cut it today so made an appointment for the next trim with her.

Supper was a bunch of leftovers and stuff.

Sorry your work place is so hot Joey. :( Reminds me of working for Jack .

Thanks, Sara. We can do without a tornado for sure.

omgosh, Joey. I'm so glad you are ok.

Glad you are ok too, Fran and I hope you get the much needed rain, Dale. We've just had wind and rain here. Not the best of weekends. Hopefully next will be decent as family is coming for an early 4th cookout.

Kiddo's last exam is tomorrow and then he is officially done with 10th grade. Yeesh. We had sausage sandwiches, fresh green beans and finished the pasta salad for dinner. Now I'm about to start a movie before bed. Short work week for me this week, I work Mon/Tues and then have a 5 day weekend.

Hope everyone had a great day and enjoy the rest of your evening.

‘Chances are low but we do have a possibility of rain in the coming week, we need it! Grass is crunchy.

I haven’t eaten yet, not hungry.

Great weekend coming for you! :thumb:

Well, I am not at the beach! Friday Perry ended up working far longer than he expected. I was a bit disappointed but he loves his work and I can understand him trying to get the project finished before he left. He finished it up on Saturday.

So we were going to leave Sunday morning and we would have if I had not gone to the Moose Lodge. The kids were doing cartwheels and I left 2 of my friends to talk me into trying one. Yes, I used to do them when I was a kid but I am definitely not a kid anymore.

I either am having a flare-up of sciatica or I pulled a hamstring. I can see improvement this morning because I did not yell when I got out of bed this morning but I still cannot bend over or raise my leg without excruciating pain. Since I saw improvement, I am hopeful I will get better today also. Not sure if I will make it to the beach this week but that is okay too.

Normally, when I cannot do something I will keep on trying until I get it. Cartwheels are not one of those things. I will never try to do that again.

It is as hot as Hades here too! Not even a cool breeze. I think it would be better to go to the beach when school lets back in and it is cooler there. We'll see.

Hope everyone had a great weekend. Enjoy your day!

    Good evening lurkers

Dale, praying for rain for you. I mostly hate crunchy grass. Definitely isn't nice on your toes, but then it doesn't need to be mowed

Not sure I'd prefer to clean up mother nature's mess over production, but I suppose it's necessary. Hope your night went fast, Joey.

Oh no, Rat2. Sorry you missed the beach. I hope you are back on both feet soon. I definitely agree with you staying on two feet! ;)

I think I may be having a midlife crisis :lol: I'm contemplating a small tattoo....of what and where, well that is to be determined. Ohhhh and I picked up a motorcyle permit book. But that could end up just becoming a coaster on my nightstand. French toast, bacon and fruit for dinner.

Hope you all had a marvelous day!
