    Good morning everyone

I did nothing on my 2 days off, I really need to clean and season 4 of my cast iron pans. My house needs a deep clean and I don’t have the ambition to do it.

Hope you all have a great day
Good morning Joey. I don't blame you for taking it easy.

My house is the same and it’s not being done for the same reason as you . Well that and it physically hurts.

I was going to take a day off yesterday but no. . I got out and trimmed a Rhododendron that was taller than my house—and dragged all the brush to the field beside me. My dad had his father's big pile of tomato sticks so I was throwing them on the pile to burn. There was some wasp or yellow jacket nest in the cinder block. I got the heck out of there and only got stung once. I was lucky. I am not very good at taking it easy.

I put the battery charger on my truck and it is running fine today so I am going to take that truck load to donate to the thrift store. Getting rid of stuff one truck load at a time. That is still progress.

I am getting so tired of all the inquiries about the camper I put on Market Place. This is the first time I have ever tried to sell anything. I am glad I am getting a response but why hasn't someone gone to look at it? I have had several want to trade stuff with me. I don't need another motorcycle or trailer. Perry said today we would just go to TN and bring it back here because maybe I could sell it easier than up there. I hate to ask him to do that again. I think I am going to call the Veterans today and see what the process is to donate it to them. They will go pick it up and I have the title. I would be out the $4000 I paid Ken's father for it but at least it would be helping a veteran.

I am in such a whackadoodle mood today.

Well, I made my truckload donation to the thrift store. Then when I started to leave, my truck would not crank. I had a dead battery. Luckily, there was an Advance Auto in the shopping center I was at and I asked them for help. A very nice man jumped me off. He would not take any money from me but I tried.

Perry has a friend that can get good prices on batteries so he is bringing me one tonight. Not sure yet how much it will be but it does not really matter because I have to have one.

Perry is going to grill out some hamburgers after he gets off work. I also got some asparagus and mushrooms for him to grill too. I made him some deviled eggs because he seems to really like them. I just want to eat, relax and go to bed. I am finished with this day!

Hope everyone has a great evening.

Good afternoon lurkers  Happy Fri-Yay!!

Busy week, so looking forward to the weekend. Joey, hope the rest of your week goes fast.

Sorry I missed you too, Dale. Was having issues getting in, got logged out and then I had forgotten my password. It was a whole big thing. When I finally signed in, I had a nice post all typed up and it wouldn't post. I logged out and back in and of course it was gone. So, you ended up with a condensed version

Hope everyone had a great day!

Good evening Sara  I’m sure you’re glad to see the weekend.

Ugh I hate when stuff like that happens. Got into that with our banking and it took days to get it fixed.

    Good Sunday morning to all!

Not much exciting is happening around here. I did go and get my hair cut. I needed it badly. I made an appointment with my fav server from my fav restaurant. He works two jobs. I have only been to a salon a couple of times, so this was a treat. I told him I did not care what he did as long as I could still get it in a ponytail for working in the yard. I even told him I did not care if the ponytail was 2 inches long. I was expecting it to be a lot shorter but I am ok with what he did. He cut 9 or 10 inches, and getting the dead ends off feels so good.

Perry took me to see his granddaughter play softball. I think she is 10. It was cute but those bleacher seats were not comfy at all. If I am going to start doing that regularly, I am going to have to get a cushion. I wish I had some of my excess fat where it would help.
