Good morning Dale and Good afternoon, Fran

Rat2, I'm scratching my head at that one. I hope Perry is feeling better after talking it out. In my unprofessional opinion, there are 4 food groups for a reason and your body needs something from each one. Maybe less of certain ones than others ;) Moving more and staying in a deficit will make weight loss happen. Slow and steady wins the race.

Dale, sorry you didn't sleep well. Hopefully you have a low key day.

We missed out on grocery shopping yesterday with the way soccer practice was scheduled. I do not like going later in the morning because it gets so darn busy. I prefer to get in and out. So we planned on this morning. Went to take kiddo to his grandparents to discover my car has a flat tire. I am a total nail magnet  We took dh's car and then hit the stores on the way back. Now he's at walmart with it (step dad had a portable tire pump he let us borrow, definitely putting that on my wish list for Santa )

Hope you all have a wonderful Sunday!

Good afternoon Fran and Sara  Definitely going to be a low key afternoon but napping probably won’t happen. I’m sure I’ll sleep better tonight :)

Sorry about your flat Sara, those portable air pumps are definitely handy, I try to keep one in my trunk which reminds me that I need one for the Lincoln since DH inherited mine with the Buick

    Good evening everyone

Not much going on, my weekend is almost over. Placed a delivery order for groceries so I don’t have to waste any time in the store.

Hope everyone is doing well
Good evening Joey  Those weekends go by in a flash don’t they!

Hope you are well also, every thing good after your surgery? Your leg strong now?

Yeah I agree it’s hard to get anything done working that long, it’s basically work, eat and sleep. Hopefully those kind of hours will be over for you soon.

All is well with Perry and I. He said that normally when someone says they are going to give you a break, it really means that the person wants a break. So he said he was giving me time. I reassured him that if I needed a break, I will tell him and he is to do the same thing. We laugh about it now. Perry says I put him in time out.

Oh well, had a nice weekend. Even took the time to watch a movie which we rarely do. Went to Bonbon's again and had steak and shrimp. It was very good. But I am back to trying to eat right today. That's always on a Monday.

I used Perry's big hedge clipper today. I have a big stack of brush to burn when it dries out. I hate borrowing things because something always happens. As I was pulling the cord, it got stuck and would not go back in. Perry said he would look at it and it was no big deal. It is very heavy and I cut a lot and boy can I tell it. My shoulders are bad tonight and I am not looking forward to tomorrow. I had to have something to do today because I left my car keys in Perry's car. I went to get into the truck and the darn thing had a dead battery. I could have taken Ken's truck but I have it loaded down to take to the dump so I am basically stuck at home. No biggie. Perry said he would bring them to me tomorrow.

Well, that is how my week started off. Could have been worse. Hope everyone sleeps well and has a great day.

    Another short night,
Bless your heart. I was hoping you would sleep better. I was surprised I slept some but I was not surprised that I would wake up sore. I'm not planning on doing very much today and I hope you find time for a little snooze.

    Good morning Rat2
‘Well I’m wide awake now so not expecting a nap. ;) Sorry you’re sore, hope it passes quickly.
I’ve just got some laundry to do and dishes to wash. There’s lots of other things I could do but probably won’t
