Oh, I am sure I will. I am going to make some deer meatballs for my spaghetti tonight. I have never made them. I hope it turns out good. I do like deer meat. So lean.

It’s definitely lean although a bunch have been extra fat this year and large!

I hope you know it’s advised to freeze deer at least three days before consuming to kill off any parasites they may have.

Woke up to 6 inches, roads were slightly better. Overnight we are looking at blizzard like conditions with more snow and wind gusts up to 50 mph. I fear it's going to be an extremely long winter

I assume that is why it takes a week to get it back from the processors. At least I hope so! I did not know that.

Honestly, I never thought I would but it is good. My deer meat balls were tasty last night. I had Perry's approval. He asked me if I would make some of my deer cube steak to take to his Christmas dinner. I don't think he is just being nice and eating it anyway. Not that it matters to me because I like it.

Got my mammogram over with today. Now I just need to get my knee checked out on the 11th and my peepers checked on in January. Getting old sure does keep you busy.

More snow today, this was wet and heavy for the commute in and greasy/slippery on the way home. Lots of blowover spots where there was a good amount on the roads from the wind. I always take it slow. Give myself plenty of time and leave a lot of space between me and the car in front.

Ouch, Dale. Sorry you didn't sleep through the night. Hope it's better for you tonight.

You definitely are a busy girl, Rat2. lol As long as you love it, that's all that matters. I'm glad Perry is enjoying it as well.

Boys are at indoor soccer and I'm trying to decide what to have for dinner. They are having pizza on naan bread and I normally would make mine on a tortilla but that just doesn't sound good to me. I'm not hungry but I know I shouldn't skip dinner. Debating on a bowl of cereal.

Me too. My eyes change every time time I go. I am waiting for my cataracts to develop enough for surgery. I know that is weird but he says he can get me better vision. I've never had 20/20.

Not looking forward to that bill.

I know, right? They charge so much for something that cost so little to make. I am unsure if contacts make me look any better but I like putting them on when I get spiffed up.

Me too. We had meatloaf and Chicken Alfredo with fried leftover new potatoes. We got full too. Of course, I reserved room for the last of the ice cream. I cannot buy anymore because I cannot say no to it.
