Woot!! Fri-yay, indeed!

You sound like me, Dale. I do not like my gas tank get low. In the winter time I fill it weekly but for the other 3 seasons, I have let it get to quarter tank. Not often but it's not as worrisome. There is a reason Dh's stocking had a gas can ornament this past Christmas. He ran out a couple times in 2024

I hope you all have a wonderful Mother's Day weekend just in case I don't make it back. We need to get some yardwork done tomorrow in addition to grocery shopping. Breakfast with the in laws and then dinner with my folks on Sunday!

Have a good night

    Good morning Dale

Hahaha Joey ;) Have fun with Bela, Dale.

Kiddo successfully made his first solo trip today. He drove to his trainer about a half hour away. Except he forgot his key so he had to wait til we got back from the store. Lol! I told him always make sure you have your key and some cash for emergencies.

    Have a great day!

    Good evening Sara.

We took Bela to the Alligator Farm this afternoon, they have all kinds of animals out there and a little area where you can pet some. Bela’s on a duck kick and they had several varieties . I held an alligator briefly, poor thing had a band on his snout so he couldn’t bite.

I remember when you were supposed to always have a dime on you in case you needed to call home.

I had a busy weekend, and I'm so glad we got both yards mowed because, boy, we are having rain. Supposed to be that way all week, too.

It was so nice of Perry to mow my aunt's yard for her. It was pretty tall. He did not mow her grandson, who lives beside me. He said a 32-year-old can get out there and do it himself instead of waiting for his 92-year-old grandmother to do it like he usually does.

    Good evening Rat2.
We had a fairly busy weekend too but no lawn mowing.

    And I agree with Perry!

Have a good nights rest everyone.

Perry has been working in the same building for 30 years. It was his and then he sold it and worked for the man who bought it. Of course, he considered it home. His boss has decided to close it and move the machines to one of his other shops. Perry is pretty torn up about it and I do understand. He is not getting rid of Perry, he just wants him to do his designing at home and go to the new shop when he wants to. I am not sure what Perry is going to do. Even though he is drawing social security, I don't think he is ready to stop working. Not me. I love being retired.

    Good evening everyone

Awwww he is adorable, Grandpa Joey!

Super cool that you got to hold an alligator, Dale.

Good luck tomorrow with your surgery, Rat2.

Not sure what's going on with me but I can't seem to shake this newest illness. Nose is running, sinuses are wonky, the aches are back, coughing and sneezing sporadically and scratchy throat. No fever thank goodness but it's really starting to irritate me.

Hope you all have a great rest of your day!
