Haircut, grocery store, dental cleaning...checked the house at the lake...post office and package sent, scooped leaves off the pool cover......yes, been a little busy since we last chatted.
Broth going, meat cut up/shredded for beef and noodles, that's warmed and resting now...
Going to go take a brief nap and then get the broth going again, and noodles added....hopefully it will turn out well.
It's been awhile since I've attempted beef and noodles.
