Just came by to say goodnight.
Thanks for the well wishes, much appreciated. :) Ahhh, this too shall pass.
As many bugs that have been going around at work, it was bound to happen.

Glad to see you check in Sara. :) Hopefully tomorrow the roads will be better.

Oh Angel, clients like that would be a total pain. :( I sure feel for ya.

Lovely desserts tonight Dale, I'll just go for some fruit and cheese...#1 sure looks good though.

Going to turn in early tonight, heading to work tomorrow.
Sweet dreams all.

This is Lexi, she’s an 8 week-old German Shepherd.

I bought Lexi as a surprise for my wife but it turns out she is allergic to dogs so we are now looking to find her a new home.

She is 59 years old, a beautiful and caring woman who drives, is a great cook and keeps a good house.

    :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Lunchtime check in...had one client holding up payroll and had to wait on them so we could start delivery...it's so irritating when one holds up things for everyone else...which pushed my lunch back by over an hour! :glare:...but I guess I should look at it as I'll only have a little over 2 hours to go when I get back. ;)

And I agree with you Dale that we should be charging this client extra...they do this almost every week and lately it's been getting later and later...I have to constantly stay on the girl to get her to submit it...drives me crazy...I think I should get hazardous pay having to deal with the difficult ones! :p:laugh:

Just in case you've had a rough day, here is a stress management technique recommended in all the latest psychological texts. The funny thing is that it really works.

    1. Picture yourself near a stream.

    2. Birds are softly chirping in the cool mountain air.

    3. No one but you knows your secret place.

    4. You are in total seclusion from the hectic place called "the world."

    5. The soothing sound of a gentle waterfall fills the air with a cascade of
    serenity.

    6. The water is crystal clear.

    7. You can easily make out the face of the person you're holding underwater.

    :D

Awwww, those were both funny!:lol::lol:

Good morning OBG & Sara, Happy St. Patrick's Day to you all too, and good morning to the Lurkers who follow.

I need to get a CB brisket for the weekend. Last time I looked at them a few months ago, the least expensive ones in the case were all about $15.00

Off to eat and get ready for work, have a good morning, will lurk from work when I get there. :)

Good morning Lurkers, and Happy St. Patrick's Day to everyone!

Another gorgeous day in store here. We are now into the low 50s during the day with abundant sunshine, so it's just been beautiful. Working my tail off now sorting all of our storage contents. Yesterday, I finally dug enough to find the bedroom set/linens/curtains, etc. that I had kept all these years from my parents' guest room. I always loved those blacks/blues/melon colors they did that room in. Now they are laundered & into the house. Today will be "bonfire" day as I go through all of their estate stuff that there's no sense in keeping this many years later. Ugh. Always a bit emotional. I did get all the rifles I inherited (from WWII) identified by a collector so that was a relief. Still need to find a numismatist for this coin collection I've been hauling around since 2009 ... just so much stuff I still have no idea what to do with, but all will work itself out in due time.

I hope everyone has a great day!
