Good morning everyone  Boy, some of you were up super early!

Joey, glad to hear you are feeling much better.

Dale, thanks for the breakfast and the words of wisdom. I don't know much about computers/technology but I wonder if its related to that massive cyber attack that hit the east coast (I know you aren't on the east coast;) )

OBG, :p

Lovely Sunday buffet, you never fail us!!

Sweet dreams Joey.

I think I could eat bacon and fruit any time of the day.

Good morning Bobbi.

Good morning Lynn.

Good morning Lurkers. ...and all who follow.

So, I slept like a ROCK last night, and I really do think that the Teeter is helping me (some) already!!! :nun:
I've already been on it for about 1 minute.
I'm only doing it in tiny increments so I don't get sore from stretching.

...thinking about that darn buffet is making me hungry. Might have to run to McDonald's.

Wow, that's awesome Lori :thumb:, maybe I should look into it. I went to bed about 10:30 and woke around 12:45ish couldn't go back to sleep until 4:30

Inversion Contraindications

It could have been completely non-related, but I do think that when we have pain, it can definitely be a sleep disrupter.

Good morning Lynn, Lori and Sara

Be careful with that teeter Lori

Sorry you had such a lousy night Sara :(
I am being extremely careful.

Those cyber attacks are some scary stuff.
We have noooooo idea how quickly hackers could wreak havoc and totally screw things up.
We are too dependent on the Internet and computers as a society.
Even at work, the guys have to look up parts online, they don't use the microfiche readers anymore to get any of the parts breakdowns, they go to all the different manufacturers websites.
All business with John Deere is transacted online too.
UPS as well.
The guys can't even locate parts in the different parts rooms at work without using the computer to find the "bin locations".

Not exactly, I just call him a puppy, and probably will even when he's an old dog. He's going on 2 years old now. I used to have a pic of him as my avi for awhile.
This was him in the snow last winter.

This was when I first got him, about 6 months old.

And this is him trying to "help" with the laundry.

Yep, stress and pain will tear up your body. ;)

I've had my iPad a couple years now (I think), and I'm still learning things. :)

Ok, heading off for a bit.
    I'll BBL.

Awwww...what a cutie! Love it when mine try to "help" with laundry. And they are really a big help when I change the bed linens. Lol Takes three times as long. Constantly trying to chase them off. One jumps down and two jump back on. It's a losing battle [emoji12]

Guess I better sign off til this evening. We got beef enchiladas, chicken enchiladas, lasagna, chicken and noodles, chili and a pork roast done:p to split into containers and I still need to split up the lasagna, enchiladas and chili so I need to go do that.

Meeting youngest DS for dinner at noon for his birthday which was last week so need to leave here in 2 hours. After that I will head for the little house. You all have a good day!

Lol's, I could see that as you described it!!
I feel your pain with that.
We use a papisan chair cushion, covered with a fitted flannel sheet on the floor in the living room for Rita.
After I've washed that and try to put it back on, it's quite comical with Rita "helping".
I'm lucky, I can "spin" her away from me and keep going though.
I'll see if I can find a pic....

Good morning Lori & Sara :)

I have another 5 lbs of jerky in the dehydrator, made this batch with ground roast from the jerky cannon
    Yea!!
I bought some from a local place this week.
Their beef strips are really good, but the "Slim Jim" style dried beef sticks are kind of nasty. :nah:
