Batch#2 of jerky is doneThe ground meat kind dry's faster than the sliced kind
Yummy! I love homemade jerky. Never tried the ground kind before. Sounds easier than trying to slice the meat which is why I haven't made any in awhile. My janked up hands just don't cooperate with the slicing business anymore.
