OBG watch the jerky made from burger, may be because of the fat content but it will spoil quicker.

I cut the fat off a rump roast and ran it through my meat grinder first course then I mixed in the cure and spice pack then ran it through again with the fine plate in there

Hope it was good...guess I'll just have to catch some next time...although would have been better than what I had...chicken pot pie, which was good, but it's certainly no steak!

Fun, let's see.. well it's payday tomorrow so there's potential for lots of fun. Only scheduled fun for this week so far is a 4 hour tattoo sitting on Friday.
