Hello all!

Hugs Lynn! Been there done that and it was not a good time.

Well we have our snow. It didn't rain first like they said but the first snow melted as it fell so we could have ice in the morning under the snow... It's 30 now and snowing again.

Thawed chili for tonight, it is hitting the spot!

That should make for a fun drive in the morning good thing for chili!! Yum! I'm starving.

Sorry I missed you girls. Had to work til 7 and then rushed to the school to watch kiddo/soccer. Around 7:50 the fire alarm went off, so we had to evacuate (brrr and these poor kids are standing outside in their shorts) thankfully we grabbed his jacket. After about 10 min, they let us go back into the burning building (kidding, sorta) while they decided what to do. Doh!

They decided to cancel soccer because no one knew how long it would take for the fire marshall to arrive, clear the scene and turn off alarm. They will add the 25 min to the last session. Lovely!

Not sure if there was a fire or not. The campus is huge as all the schools are connected and supposedly if the alarm goes off in one part, it triggers the entire campus. Which really is good but wow, too much excitement for one night lol.

I am! Thanks Angel! I hope the antibiotics don't take too long to take effect. This sucker hurts and even 800mgs of ibuprofen ain't touching the pain.

Might try some oil of clove on it ,it worked on me one time

It's 22 here this morning and the windows are iced up pretty good. The snow wasn't too bad, at least the sidewalk was warm enough to melt it off so I didn't have to shovel!

I'm off to wally world to get the things we will need for Thanksgiving then heading in to work from there. We can store the food and such there til we need it and I don't have to come back here to put it away then go to work. With luck I will miss all the wally world weirdos!

Her mother will be off Thursday and Friday so she can deal with her the last four days

Having lunch out today.
Then this afternoon, early evening, DH's sister, her husband, and their two boys arrive.
That will make 8 adults, and two teen boys. Full house for sure. Lol's.
Ugh on the fire alarm Sara, and ugh on the snow Bobbi, but glad that it wasn't too bad!
