    Good afternoon all.
We had our Thanksgiving dinner last night. All the usual dishes.

    Nasty here. Windy!
The wind chill is 22 now, up from 18.. Ugh!

Just a flyby, consider everything liked.
    Hi Lori
    I agree with Sara, you're missed :)

I did not know you can use real lemon juice to help flavor your juice. Interesting. Good to know for the future. :)
Use some common sense if you do though, it can spoil if you keep it too long.
A lot of people do use it to make flavors "pop" as they put it.

When the wind gusts, there are white caps.
    I'm inside where it's warm though. ;)

    Good afternoon lovely lurkers.

Got in the low 40s here last night, which is quite chilly for us...actually had to turn on the fake fire in the fireplace to heat it up in here this morning.

Up to 30 now,it's a heat wave

    Past years Thanksgiving menu:
Cajun butter injected turkery, cornbread dressing, herb dressing, green bean casserole, mashed taters, gravy, sweet potato casserole, cranberry sauce, rolls, pumpkin pie, sweet potato pie, pecan pie (some years there's deviled eggs and cheeseball and crackers for snacks)

    This years Thanksgiving menu:
Who cares? I'm not the one making it! :p:lol:

Thanks MB, we have been lucky so far. I'm willing to bet the south towns are getting the brunt of it.

You know those meteorologists, they never get the weather right ;) Hope I didn't just jinx myself. Lolz!

It has been snowing much of the day with little breaks here and there but nothing is really sticking. White patches in the grass, but I can still see mostly green.

I did not know you can use real lemon juice to help flavor your juice. Interesting. Good to know for the future. :)

Hopefully that grass will stay green for ya for awhile anyway [emoji6]

Yes you can use the real lemon juice like you get in the little lemon shaped bottles. The suggestion is 1 drop per ml and it can brighten other fruits as well.

I hope the valley girl is really good to make up for the others. Now, I have a dumb DIY question, could you tweak the lemon snookies by adding a teeny bit of say a lemon flavoring or a teeny bit of another premade lemon ejuice. Or does that throw everything off? Congrats on your Tesla even if it cost a little bit more. :)

ETA I see lemon is hard to perfect. That stinks.
I think I will try to bump it with a bit of lemon flavoring next time I am at the ranch. All my DIY is down there.:( Valley girl was a bust to my way of thinking too... I will try it at some more wattages and temps and see if it helps...

Angel, your past Thanksgiving dinner sounds wonderful!

    MB, it's really pretty here.

Oh boy Dale, hope that went well.
   . Lovely desserts!
