Good morning, everyone! A balmy 24° here. Might hit 40 if we're lucky, but a harder freeze tonight, ugh! My pipes froze even with the water trickling. At least the toilet and bathroom sink is still operational. I'm at the tire center getting a couple of tires for my wife's car. I feel sorry for the guys in their unheated shop.

I lived in Illinois for nearly 5 years (was stationed at Scott Air Plane Patch). Was more than happy to get the hell out of Dodge when I retired. Some seriously screwed up laws there.

And it's still snowing but it's light. Supposed to be 68 here next Friday. Friday can't get here fast enough!!
