Doesn't happen often. I really enjoyed it.:) Didn't get out of my slippers at all.

Good for you! Sometimes you just need a day like that!

Uggg I'm seeing we are under a winter weather advisory for tomorrow. :( up to 2 inches of snow and 1/4 inch of ice. Hope it doesn't head your way.

My good friend who lives in NC said their hot water heater is in their attic.
Is that not jut the craziest placement for a hot water heater??!!

Happens quite often. What better place to put something that takes up space and is rarely touched? Not to mention, gravity helps with the water flow. :)

My aunts tree blew down today. 80+ mph winds. This tree has been there a long time. She said it took out half the yards grass when it went down. Covered both lanes of the street. I am just glad it fell to the east, her chair where she spends most of her day is only slightly north west. Thank you God for watching over my aunt!!!

@retired1 My hot water heater is under my house. No basement just a crawl space. It was 4 degrees here overnight so I'm guessing the hot water heater itself froze. Temps overnight will be 15 tonight and then we have a warm up.

Ouch. That makes things a lot more difficult.

Update on Dianne ...

Snip from Wuzz ...

" If she so much as sneezes the room fills up with people adjusting things and putting up new bags on her iv. A Dietician came in and asked her what she would eat then brought her everything she said she wanted. After I left yesterday with both of us thinking they were going to move her to a room they kept working on her until 4 this morning and then moved her to the ICU. She's pretty weak but they think they can fix it. They're treating it as pneumonia even though the x ray didn't show that. What she's getting is treated for a severe infection. There is a procedure they can do to clear her lungs if it doesn't work. I'm expecting her to be there all week, hopefully in a regular room after a couple of days.

Mostly respiratory distress and dehydration caused by a combination of C.O.P.D. and her cancer"

Will send more prayers their way. [emoji120]

Evening everyone! I'm on break. Well..I'm a permanent employee now with no hot water at home. I left the water running, cabinet doors open but the hot water either froze in the heater itself or in the pipe that feeds it into the house. I can't call a plumber because Colton and I are flat broke so I'll just have to wait until it thaws on it's on and hope that it doesn't bust the water heater itself. With every good thing I have to happen, 3 bad things happen with it. I just can't win. :(

Oh no lynn! So sorry. Hope it thaws out ok
