Yep.

I'll eat mayo if it's mixed in something like chicken salad, tuna salad etc but by itself on a sandwich, oh hell no!!! If you want to see me hurl something put mayo, ketchup or mustard on it. I'm headed to a trash can!

Wow.
I work with a guy who doesn't like sour cream, or mayo.
I've never really met anyone (that I know of) that doesn't like condiments in general.
Nothing wrong with it, of course, we like what we like and such, but just strange to hear someone dislike them all.

....what about Ranch dressing?
Surely something to eat on wings.
