    Good morning everyone :)
    Happy anniversary Bobbi :)
Good afternoon Joey  How are doing today? :?:

Good luck with the audiologist. hope you're getting everything done before the storms.
Thanks, hearing aid paid for, a few groceries bought (forgot dogfood since I forgot my list  ). Looking into adding on something new ... costs more than the hearing itself did so I don't know

    Roger: Bridging the understanding gap
Roger is the digital standard, providing outstanding performance in noise and over distance by wirelessly transmitting a speaker’s voice directly to the listener. It offers a staggering breakthrough in signal-to-noise ratio and guarantees access to new levels of speech understanding.

Roger has been scientifically proven to help hearing instrument users understand up to 62% more speech in noise and over distance than people without hearing loss.
This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of eastern and
central Missouri as well as west central and southwest Illinois.

    .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Severe thunderstorms are likely across the region late this
afternoon and especially tonight. The greatest risk is across
southeast and east-central Missouri northeastward into southwest
and central Illinois. Severe weather threats for this afternoon
and tonight include very large hail, damaging winds, and
tornadoes. Several strong, long track tornadoes are also possible.
Hope you don't catch it too bad, sun has been trying to peep out here and it's hot as blazes out ... not to mention humid  Looks like we may get off easy unless it comes in the night or something

To all of you with crazy weather, please be safe. Last Friday, a family member of mine flipped her car into a creek and was stranded for 8 hours overnight. You just never know, she was VERY lucky we hadn't had rain in the past few days. Had this happened a week ago, she would've surely drowned. Feeling blessed over here that she'll be out of the hospital within a few days!
 And you never even mentioned it!!
Thank goodness she's going to be okay :thumb:

It's Indiana, the middle of winter, where daytime temps are usually right around freezing, sometimes with snow on the ground. But temps are in the 60s, with severe storms today and tonight, and it's the second time in just over a week that this is the case. And it's supposed to be the same about a week from now. Now, me being from Alabama, I'm not complaining, but it's been a weird winter for Indiana.
Hi dyan .... good to see you again :)

He usually ends up caught in the middle of bad storms and sends pics and videos...

Lunchtime fly...internet finally came back on at home...so far today is not near as trying a day as yesterday...just hope it stays that way.
Glad today is taking it easier on you Angel ;)

Glad you have a basement, Dale on the other hand does not, right?
Nope, no basement ... doesn't bother me ;)

No...Dale does not have a basement. :( She can confirm, but I think there's a mountain near her that gives them some protection...a little anyway.
    :D

How about I don't see any damage yet from the frost last weekend. That blooming tree hasn't had a single blossom turn transparent or black, or drop. The buds on other things look okay too!
    Wonderful!!! :w00t:

FOOD ALERT FOR Sara : after tonight's meatloaf next good one will be chuck roast in the crock pot Thursday :w00t:
    :w00t:

I was just coming back to tell you you're in a cone! 3 p.m. eta for you.

    9x13 pan
    beef roast
sprinkle generous layer of original hidden valley ranch buttermilk dip/dressing - dry out of packette
layer 2 - sprinkle generous layer of McCormik Au Jus mix - dry out of packette - both layers just evenly coat
1 can Campbells Beefy Mushroom soup - mix with a little less than 1/4 c water - pour over roast/seasoning
    Cover in foil

Bake 250 until done, usually 2 to 3 hours, or until tender.

    Yum, sounds delicious!

I was always the one who made sure the family was safe, then went to the front porch to try and watch a tornado. My soon-to-be-ex wife thinks I'm crazy. But the town I live in hasn't been hit by a tornado in at least 35 years. I think it has something to do with the geography.

Sometimes there's something to that, some little something that steers them another direction.
They often lose some power/energy when they cross the Mississippi River.
We love to porch watch storms.

    not just 1 I have 2 :D

It was,it's gone for now and the sun is back out
    Backups for backups. :D
